At Aakhar, we strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we welcome replacements on the following terms:
- A wrong product has been dispatched
- If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition.
To initiate a replacement, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with clear pictures of the product issue. The customer must have the original packaging available for the safe return journey of the product.
Please note that we do not process refunds in any case. We will replace the same or any other product of the same or lower value in any of the above-mentioned cases.
If you wish to cancel an order, please write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order or before order fulfillment from our warehouse, whichever is earlier, and we will be happy to assist you.
Our return policy is applicable within 10 days from the date of delivery and is only applicable for damaged products and manufacturing defects. To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with two images of the product, one of the damaged part and one of the entire product.
Please note that the product must be returned with the original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels, invoice, etc., and should be unused and in the original condition. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product.
Please keep in mind that this policy is only applicable for orders placed on aakhar.in. For orders placed on any other platform, please refer to the respective platform's policy.
